I bought tickets a while ago to “Lapland New Forest“, the website made it look really really good – I thought the girls would love it & we were all quite looking forward to it….. until today

We’ve started getting loads of message from family & friends, about fairly negative news reports after the opening weekend.

I’m going to give it a couple of days & keep an eye on the news to see if they sort the issues out or not before I start looking for a refund. Unfortunately, I paid for the tickets with a debit card rather than a credit card, so I’m going to have to try to get the money back from the company that’s running it. Not sure if the Distance Selling Regulations apply to tickets like this? – I’ll give it a go & if need be, will consider taking them to the small claims court.

Anyway – I guess the message here is to try to make sure that it’s going to be worth it if your planning on visiting
